Consistent mining experience

This was my third time using Cudo Miner. I've always gone with Cudo Miner for Windows. It's reliably delivered on its promise. The Rig Monitoring Dashboard is still easy to use. I noticed the Hashrate Monitoring was as consistent as before, which is why I keep coming back. Payouts always process without issues, just like with my previous orders. They're good at what they do.

Good value for a new miner

I was looking to try mining without spending a lot. Found Cudo Miner Desktop and used a referral link for a fee reduction. It felt worth the purchase for getting started. The auto coin switching feature helped me feel like I was getting the most out of my old GPU without much effort. The sign-up bonus was small, but every bit helps when you're just starting out.

Easy setup, decent returns

Downloaded Cudo Miner for Linux. Setup was straightforward. Used the Auto Coin Switching. Earnings were decent for my old rig. No complaints.

Are there any like, actual coupon codes for Cudo Miner, or is it all just referral links?

P Paula M. 1 month ago
Mostly referral stuff. That's how I got a little bonus when I started.

Yeah, I've never seen a traditional 'coupon code' box. It's usually through a link that gives you a starting credit or a fee reduction. Check out some crypto YouTubers, they often have those links.

What kind of coins can you actually mine with Cudo Miner? Is it just the big ones or do they support more obscure stuff too?

T Tom 1 month ago
It focuses on the most profitable ones at the moment, so it switches a lot. Not really about picking one coin.

K Kevin Brooks 1 month ago
It's more about whatever is most profitable to mine with your hardware at any given time, so it'll switch between coins like Ethereum (well, ETHash algos), ZCash, RavenCoin, etc. You don't really 'pick' a coin to mine, the software does it for you based on market conditions.

hey, anyone used cudo miner on a macbook? wondering if it'll totally kill my battery or make it overheat too much for daily use.

I Ivy M. 2 months ago
yeah it's pretty resource intensive. i wouldn't run it on a laptop you actually want to use for other things. better for a dedicated machine.

I tried it briefly on my old imac and it definitely spun up the fans. Probably not ideal for a laptop unless it's just sitting there.

Anyone know how Cudo Miner stacks up against NiceHash? Heard good things about both but not sure which one to try first.

N Noor 1 month ago
NiceHash is super easy to get started with, but Cudo's auto-switching sometimes finds better profits. It's a trade-off.

I switched from NiceHash to Cudo Miner because Cudo seemed to do a better job at finding the most profitable coins automatically. My earnings went up a bit, though NiceHash's interface is a bit more polished maybe.

Is Cudo Miner legit or should I be worried about it being some kind of malware?

M Megan Reyes 1 month ago
It's legit. Been around for a while. Not a virus.

Nah, it's safe. Used it for months. You can check out reviews on Trustpilot and stuff, it's a known mining platform, not some shady download.

i'm thinking of setting up a small farm, like 5-6 GPUs. do they have any special discounts for that kind of setup?

J June J. 1 month ago
I think they have something for 'farm' users, might be worth asking their support or looking at their enterprise section. There's usually a reduced fee structure.

They do offer bulk discounts for larger operations, I remember seeing that in their docs. Not sure if 5-6 GPUs counts as 'large farm' for them, but it's worth checking their website for 'farm' or 'enterprise' plans.
